RENTAL CONDITIONS

Weekly rental: Saturday to Saturday, arrival 4:00 p.m., departure 11:00 a.m.

Weekend formula rental: depending on the periods and on request

Reservation: 30% deposit upon confirmation

Confirmation of the reservation after signing the rental contract.

The rental takes effect within 8 days, upon receipt of the following elements:
- Copy of the contract dated and signed with the words "Read and approved". The contract will be drawn up in two copies.
- Upon receipt of the deposit (to be paid by bank or postal check, to be made payable to RESIDENCE LE ROCHEBONNE).

Beyond this date, the pre-reservation will be canceled and we will have the rental at our convenience.

Security deposit: €230 requested on arrival in addition to the balance.This deposit will be returned to you upon your departure or 30 days later (less any damage or cost of repairing the premises).

Cleaning: will be charged €60.

Linens and sheets provided, changed weekly.
Laundry and laundry facilities available (washing machine in the form of paid tokens)
Accommodations equipped with television, FREE WIFI (fiber) and household appliances
The accommodations are non-smoking according to the regulations in force.

The tourist tax of €0.99 / day / adult will be payable in addition to the rental price; free for under 18s.
Baby cot rental €5/day

Pets accepted with a supplement of €8/day.

Each additional person to the labeled capacity of the rental will be subject to an increase of €20 / day / person compared to the advertised rate.
